Meet Mrs. Minnesota International 2003!

Holly Ernst (Mrs Ramsey County) was crowned Mrs. Minnesota International 2003 on March 16th in St. Cloud. Minnesota, where she competed with other "county/city" title holders from across the state. These women are recognized for their achievements as individuals and as a vital part of the family unit. 

Her Platform

To volunteer & speak on behalf of the Jacob Wetterling Foundation, which was founded in 1989 to protect children from abduction and sexual exploitation. Holly will promote child safety education and continue to encourage and assist in the passing of legislation & policies which protect children (such as the AMBER plan and the Jacob Wetterling crimes against Children sexual Offender Registration Act.
