Meet Mrs. Minnesota International 2007!

Donnell Rank (Mrs. Minneapolis) was crowned Mrs. Minnesota International 2007 on March 11th in St. Cloud. Minnesota, where she competed with other "county/city" title holders from across the state. These women are recognized for their achievements as individuals and as a vital part of the family unit.

HER PLATFORM
"Reconstructing Children's Lives; One Smile at a Time" Smile Network International funds surgical missions and provides necessary supplies needed to repair birth defects including cleft lips, cleft palates or other conditions requiring surgical care. Smile Network International develops international partnerships that enable volunteers to build trust in foreign countries. These global relationships provide are able to impart dignity and quality of life to individuals whose medical needs may otherwise go untreated.
