Meet Mrs. Minnesota International 1997

MARY KAY SANDERS 1963 -1998 (Mrs. Andover) was crowned Mrs. Minnesota International 1997 on March 23rd in St. Cloud. Minnesota. where she competed with 31 other "county/city" title holders from across the state.,  She competed at the national pageant in Tyler, Texas in August 1997 and was crowned Mrs. International. Mary Kay and her husband Michael, together, have four children.

HER PLATFORM Mary Kay  spoke on "Breast Cancer Awareness", and reached thousands of women through out the United States before she lost her valiant fight with breast cancer February 10, 1998.

Mary Kay began the Mrs. International Team for "The Race for the Cure". This team has since been renamed in her honor and continues to compete in her name each year.
