Mrs. Minnesota
International is proud to name the American Heart
Association's
GO RED FOR WOMEN
campaign as the official charity of the Mrs. - Miss - Miss Teen Minnesota International
Pageant.
The movement is
working hard to change the perception that heart
disease is a "man's disease." By teaching more
and more women how to talk to their doctors about
heart disease, we can save thousands of lives every
year.
Locally, our queens
have been featured on billboards around the Twin
Cities as we help to raise awareness of this vital
issue.
We continue to
support the
Cancer Benefit Fund
through our volunteer efforts each year at the Susan
G. Komen Race for the Cure®.
Mrs. Minnesota International has also been involved
with volunteering and raising funds for the
Goodwill - Easter Seal Society
of Minnesota since 1993.
